Construction Project Manager – Commercial Builds

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site with regional travel)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts

Travel: Up to 25% regional travel

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $5M to $20M. This role requires a professional who can manage the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction to closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee procurement processes, including materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement value engineering practices to optimize project outcomes.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 8–15 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing projects between $5M and $20M.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, or Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
