A well-established construction firm in the Gibson area is looking for a Civil Project Manager with a solid background in managing site development and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects in a fast-paced and growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil construction projects from planning through final delivery
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and municipal agencies
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress to ensure successful project completion
• Review drawings, permits, and construction documents
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all phases

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience overseeing civil/site development, utilities, and roadway projects
• Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment
• Knowledge of South Florida construction codes and permitting is a plus
